Dart Frog Husbandry 101 and Beyond
With almost a decade of experience in dart frog husbandry Jacob Van Keuren mentored under Master Frog Keeper Walter Grysko. Jake earned a Bachelors in Animal Studies with a minor in Biology from Madonna University. Jacob also interned for life sciences at the Detroit Zoo and worked as a Zookeeper at the National Amphibian Conservation Center.

Tesoros de Columbia and the ACA
Ivan Lozano is an internationally recognized conservationist born in Bogotá, Colombia. He holds a degree in Animal Science and has pursued several postgraduate studies specializing in the management of endangered species. With extensive experience as a wildlife management consultant, university lecturer, and researcher, Ivan has dedicated his career to conservation efforts. Recently, he co-founded the La Reserva Biopark Foundation, a non-profit educational wildlife park in Colombia.
Ivan is also the holder of Colombia's exclusive license to breed amphibians for both commercial and conservation purposes through his work with Tesoros de Colombia. Additionally, he co-founded the Active Conservation Alliance, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in the USA, which supports conservation initiatives across Colombia and Latin America. A major focus of the Alliance's efforts is the conservation of endangered poison dart frogs, a critical component of their key initiatives.
